A Two Minute Summary Of Guide Healthcare’s Amazing Southern Highlands Games Event From April 2019. Watch 25 Residents From 2 Homes Compete In 5 Strength And Conditioning Events. Our Athletes Trained For 8 Weeks Leading Up To The Event To Prepare Themselves For Competition. Most Of These Residents Had Never Participated In Any Form Of Resistance Training Prior To The Event.
