On-site Accreditation Support

Whilst we are confident in the ability of our staff to successfully navigate any unannounced visit from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, if requested, a member of our management team is always available to provide on-site support to our partner homes.

We provide you with accreditation ammunition

Guide Healthcare complete comprehensive service reviews at all of our partner homes every six months. We call these reviews our RISE Reports which are designed to ensure that our services are being implemented effectively and in line with our values. 

Each of our RISE Reports includes:

✓ A summary of the past 6 months of service

✓ Key service implementations

✓ Quality and compliance statistics including falls rates

✓ A list of our social justice initiatives

Resident satisfaction surveys

✓ Positive resident outcome stories

✓ A continuous improvement plan

The reports can be used to highlight the great work and positive outcomes which have been achieved through the physiotherapy program. 

We also encourage our partner homes to use highlights reel videos from our regular events and cross-site competitions. These videos consistently get excellent feedback from Quality Assessors and are a great way of showcasing the types of programs that are being implemented in the home during unannounced visits.
